Okay thanks. Does bazzite install gamescope from a release build or a latest commit or? Because I see that gamescope hasn't had a new tagged version since 21st feb. Yet between 24Feb and 23March Bazzite, i have a new issue with gamescope with the same version kodi flatpak.

Idk, but it wouldn't work after update, so i rolled back, then tried immediately doing nothing else in between and it does now. Some kind of dependency change for gamescope maybe? Kodi is flatpak as said

Now I will say, I rebased to the bazzite fedora image and the same issue isn't occurring? So that's another strange thing.

for the longest time they only supported fedora 37 and gcc 12, then finally bumped it to fedora 39 and gcc 13, and now fedora 40 is switching to gcc 14 so it'll be incompatible again :eggyWTF:
