No it works on normal Steam OS. What I want to find out is if you have installed a Linux PC that can use Game Mode, does the Radial's render correctly.
most stuff works but the drop-out of gamemode when launching into it back to SDDM and the chance to reset all of steam is just painful on Nobara. There are good ways to have at least one folder password protected so that if I get a LLGO or Orange Pi, I will just rock Bazzite. I am definitely not sure how different Bazzite is. Nobara uses the Chimera version of gamescope I think.
you can enable the sddm login on the deck images but it is not a supported use case so support is limited to non existent. the Qt virtual keyboard is used on sddm, it will not be themed (since we do not use it) and it requires you to empty 1 file and disable 1 service we cannot guarantee it will function in the future, so the best case would be to make a custom image for this usecase
Are you getting [gbinder] WARNING: Service manager /dev/binder has died[gbinder] WARNING: Service manager /dev/binder has died when you try to run waydroid? Because if so, I'm seeing the same problem
Kant wait for bazzite to ship plasma6, I tested plasma 6 on other distros, and it is generally speakinng a great improvement, specificly for Nvidia GPUS (a lot of these weird bugs went away)
so that audio issue I've been having with audio randomly cutting out/stuttering with an AMD GPU's HDMI audio, I think I finally found a solution to it: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=286152, increasing the ALSA headroom property seems to have worked as noted here
