Teverything seems fine... are you able to install a game on your primary drive and see if it launches? could be the way you mounted the secondary disk or a permission issue

CWill do, and no I'm not trying to copy my steam folder. I just installed the system an hour ago, mounted the second drive, and that was it.
BHey guys quick question. Does Heroic precache shaders for games the same way that steam does? I'm trying to decide whether to buy Cyberpunk on the steam store or GOG. I'll be playing primarily from a Loki Max and I want every possible performance boost.

Tit does not, but GPU drivers include a library now that make having pre-cached shaders a little redundant on most modern hardware
Tstuttering should really only occur when tessellation is used heavily in-game
Tthat doesnt mean i recommend disabling downloading shadercache on steam btw
Tbut it means if it's non-steam, then you shouldn't really worry too much as long as your hardware is newer
