I'm really at my wits end here, there is a CF issue effecting multiple datacenters across my country
I'm really at my wits end here, there is a CF issue effecting multiple datacenters across my country. I got a business plan but because of the ongoing billing is not recognized as a business account. I made an ticket in regards to the first issue 10 days ago filled with info and debugging and have gotten no response. Then 4 days ago i made a ticket pleading to see if my account could somehow be fixed to business and have also gotten no response. At this point i see no other option then to drop cloudflare to mitigate the problem but that would leave the sites venerable to ddos attacks so its a risk. Is there ANY way to get in contact with a human at cloudflare before i proceed?
