CIf you have Free Bot Fight Mode, the only thing you can do is turn it off. You can't skip it or anything, you can only skip Super Bot Fight Mode. They did mention in the blog post eventually bringing that option down to free Bot Fight mode though
BFM has limited control. You cannot bypass or skip BFM using the Skip action in WAF custom rules or using Page Rules. BFM will be disabled if there are any IP Access rules present.

Kuhh to be able to use the full CloudFlare Service you need to change the Nameservers because CloudFlare acts in many cases like a Middleware. Client <-> CloudFlare <-> Your Server idk if its really possible and is really worth anything
KAre you only wanting to restrict viewing the demo by IP or something a bit less serious than a full tunnel? You could use the WAF for that instead of Cloudflared/tunnels
