How do I disable/configure lossy compression in Cloudflare Image delivery (imagedelivery.net)

You can specify the exact quality you want in Flexible Variants: https://developers.cloudflare.com/images/manage-images/enable-flexible-variants/, which use the normal url format options. Don't think there's any other easy way
