world generation failing with chunky due to distant horizons error

getting the attached image error when trying to preload chunks with chunky. i have a variety of mods installed so thats definitely the issue as without them this issue doesnt happen. does distant horizons just dislike mods that change structure generation? (have all the yung's series mods)

im getting new erors, its basically all the next chunks get the same error and after this happens i cant enter spectator mode and i am locked to taking actions only in the chunk that i was when it happened (when i fly around i am flying over LODs, uanble to do anything else)

same issue seems to be happening but slightly different now:
timer and progress are stuck same as before, no errors in chatbox now though
I would also like to note that i was using chunky with distant horizons to pregenerate a 2k radius area without having distance generation disabled previously
