TYes, I'm using Chiaki4Deck. To be completely honest, I'm not as confident that switching the congestion algorithm has solved the issue completely. I've been making alterations to my local network as well, and while things have gotten better, I've still seen some flares. I've also been swapping between vulkan and vaapi as I think that might be having some effect.

TI’ve experienced similar on my Surface Pro before, like exactly the same, and streaming from Xbox. So, it could be my network. Although in that case it came down to location services in Windows. Every once in a while it would scan for nearby networks or do some where are you thing.

Sjust remembered I had wifi on while also on ethernet and couldn't be sure of what interface chiaki4deck was using. disabled wifi and it seems fine so far, no random lag

SJust to be clear before I do, even using HHD decky plugin when I try to change it in the controller settings it remains the same regardless of which option I use, but disabling it works fine
