it disables the animation and cause of that ends up forcing the floating bar to draw over fullscreen apps

i wonder if you could basically create your own "beta channel". Atomic Fedora lets you rebase to arbitrary images, no?
since you can rebase between silverblue, bazzite, bluefin, etc

I think the only issue I've encountered when I run hhd local is that the built-in hhd will restart automatically on reboot
