Things disappear and reappear on a server

Hello, when in singleplayer everything seems to be working just fine. When i try to use the mod on my server tho some buildings just disappear and reappear when flying by them. Is there anyway to fix this? Mod Versions i use: https://github.com/IrisShaders/Iris-Installer-Files/releases/latest/download/Iris-Sodium-Beta-1.20.4.zip

place or break a block near these buildings to update the LODs on servers desyncing like this is pretty common
