IYou can't, as Walshy has said above - without Bot Management which requires an Enterprise contract that property will always return
false

NAn API I'm using requires IP whitelisting for access. I assume I have to pay for some static IP proxy to use it? If so, does anyone have any they could recommend?
HIf you can whitelist IP ranges, then you should be able to use Workers

Aso since sharp doesnt work theres no alternative to compressing when uploading
