Hello, I would like to ask for help in getting my account back. About 2 years ago I have with the help of a scam link to Facebook made the entry to the account and hacked up to the fact that untied the account from Facebook and tied to another social network presumably to Google Play, wrote to the game support repeatedly but without results. I have all the information on the account from the beginning of its creation, nicknames, nicknames of teammates with whom I most often played, screenshots there is even a statement for the payment of royal pass and game currency, but support asks for information for the last half a year, which I do not have because the account was used by the one who skimmed the account.

Please submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Use #support if you have been unable to resolve your account issue through the customer service. Create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation.

Is it possible to recover an account if it was hacked more than 2 years ago ?so that I do not waste my time and yours.
Please change the language settings.
Click Settings > Language (scroll down to the last option on the right panel).
I sent a request also in Russian, changing the language will not help.
