BI am trying to set up presigned urls so people can upload from browser. I get the OPTIONS request to return 204 - no content. Which is great. The preflight request is passing, but then the actual PUT request fails with 403 forbidden. What am I missing? I am not connecting the dots. Thank you
BI removed my custom headers and it seems to work now. I thought r2 supports x-amz-meta-* headers.

BThat domain was not found on your account. Public bucket access supports only domains on your account and managed through Cloudflare DNS.
BWhen you enable r2.dev access, anyone on the Internet can use the public r2.dev URL to view objects in this bucket. However, usage is rate-limited and is not recommended for production. Also, Cloudflare features such as Access and Cache will not be available.

HI don't think they are public, the idea is just that you aren't supposed to rely on it working. It is ok for a Proof-of-Concept, but not for an actual product

HFor DNS? Yes. Registrar, no, but it shouldn't be more expensive than the registrar's annual price(as long as the TLD is supported)
HSome hosting providers ask for Nameserver Access, and while that makes setup ludicriously simple, it also means anything else you do with that domain is tied to them.
HWith CF at least, it is decently easy to mix and match, so you can have a Vercel deployment on one subdomain, a Pages deployment on another, and email on both

BI have already bought a domain and connected a subdomain to my bucket and it works fine
RFor R2 event notifications, the object-create event states that: "Triggered when new objects are created or existing objects are overwritten". What happens if a file is uploading and connection is lost? Will that fire an object-create event?
CTiered Caching is just a optional extension to the normal cache, with a few options to increase cache hit %.

Rno, or at least that is what I saw when it first launched, you have to invalidate the cache, or else, make immutable js files, depends on your usecase.

SOne thing I don't understand is the pre-signed URLs is it ok to expose them on public apps?

Presigned URLs are only used for authentication, which means they are generally safe to distribute publicly without revealing any secrets.

It is useful to note that pre-signed URLs will expose your account ID and bucket name to whoever gets a copy of the URL. Public bucket URLs do not contain the account ID or bucket name. Typically, you will not share pre-signed URLs directly with end users or browsers, as pre-signed URLs are used more for internal applications.

KHello, I have one question, S3 have a class storage called intelligent tiering, that down grad objects class if it isn't accessed, R2 have something like it? I read the documentation and I not found if R2 have storage classes, I found some called classe A and classe B that refers to getObject, listObject, and put object, but nothing about classe storage.

DHello everyone, I have a quick question, my r2 object is public and can be accessible from anywhere but when I upload to an automated python job it gives me a 403 forbidden error, how can I make it fully accessible? I even tried making a get request with python code and it worked but only it doesn't work in one of the public automations
