You can design it yourself just by a curved line or zigzag as your PCB can handle or you can use external one like this one

Depends on your application. RT Linux isn’t hard real-time, per se. Ubuntu has a good blog on this: https://ubuntu.com/blog/real-time-linux-vs-rtos-2.

To learn C it would be easy for you cuz you already know the basics of programming, only syntax will change, in my opinion if you put enough effort you'll learn enough withen a month

Try these it might help you

Acquire resources in the same order to avoid deadlocks.
Ensure tasks don't create circular dependencies on resources.
Use semaphores/mutexes to manage resource access.
Minimize nested resource locking.
Implement timeouts for resource acquisition.
Assign appropriate task priorities.
Prefer static resource allocation.
Thoroughly test and debug the system.

Work with everything from PCBs design in orcad, firmware writing in C, full system designing, FAT/SAT to leading our future development of products. We work with private, commercial and military clients. I have a masters of science in engineering (Intelligent Reliable Systems). Did my bachelor and masters on autonomous underwater vehicles.
