ujust install-adwaita-for-steam seems to only do a git pull, do i need to run the install.py inside?

I've installed vscode, and I want access to the system level poetry and conda for managing python environments, since vscode runs via flatpak, it does not have access to these tools.
I've installed brew via ujust, then installed pipx, then installed poetry via pipx, it works on the outside and things are in /usr/bin
I've also tried installing conda via rpm-ostree, it works on the outside as well, but not inside vscode.
I've used flatseal to give permissions, and tried adding /usr/bin but that is not how flatpak works so it does nothing.
Here's my permission for vscode.

Kit still doesn't work, but other themes i downloaded from the css loader theme store seems to be applied as expected, just the adwaita-for-steam not working
Awell dang, latest bazzite fixed waydroid, but my IR camera no longer works 
AKer a bit of update the theme is now applied on the desktop client in desktop mode, but it didn't apply to game mode
