Do I just need to rebuild the ISO in Github Action, or I need to switch to Jason isogenerator to fix the vulnerability?

edit: I added "NOT"... as F40 may be rebuilt but won't have the fix

the 3.13.16.9 upstream gamescope tag contains a fix for Splitgate crash on exit. add these commits as a patch so that it doesn't do that and we're all happy again.

something in 40 has a memory leak - maybe Chrome, it's acting strange. I got a notification that OOM killed something but couldn't tell what it was. and I'm most definitely not out of memory.
