same ping on both regions?

i'm little confused about ping/ms i see when go in regions: EU and ME having same ms how it is possible? i'm from Georgia, how i can have same ping on both servers? i'm from same range from both of the servers? or it is wrong ping?

it could be that one is unusually busy or unusually slow, it can be a squirrel chewing on a cable, it can be a random power outage somewhere along the line. i can't tell you why they're the same, there are many seemingly random things that can affect ping

well if 20 ms was real for any of server, on phone i have 15 ms on EU 60 on ME, on PC 50+ on both so

technically, bulgaria and syria are fairly close on a global scale. one is eu, the other is me

20 ms isn't real but you wouldn't see 20 if your ping is significantly higher thus affecting gameplay

in game on both devices game only shows 20 ms, not going up or down, static as like its not even real number(i know its not) as like its static pic or something
