RThis is the problem we've been talking about for days. Sometimes loading times increase for some users.

RI got it now, I'll post it when this happens again.
RWe've been saying this for months already. cf rarely increases loading times in some ray-IDs.
RThis has nothing to do with whether it is a pro or free domain.

CI can't update my stream package ... is that a known problem?

RAll cloudflare services sometimes have such problems. This happens in your services too. If 100 people watch that broadcast, 20-30 people may have such problems. I've been saying this for about a month. The authorities here insistently said that the ISPs of the country I am in caused this problem, but I found similar issues opened in different countries as well.

WCloudflare Calls:
- After a put a session/new i just call the tracks/new but i get a error of session is not ready. Theres any expected timeframe that i need to carry about on that?
- How i can use a headless recorder if i cant join on a running session without tracks? tracks/new need at lest one track and i dont have any on a CEF environment;
- How adaptative bitrate works on Calls, i still was not able to test properly (cause error 1.) but based on the blog post, the CF SFU does not make any transcoding, just relay the L4 packages, because that can scale. But if for a 1-N session, what constains will be used for the sender? The one with the less requirements? I did a basic test here dropping 10% of the packages on one side and limiting the bandwidth, and the WebRTC correctly asked the sender to reduce the resolution and bitrate and increase the playout delay to handle more NACs, after remove the network constraints the system didn't scale back to original resolution, and yes, all participants got the lower resolution even if just one got a bad network.
- Will Turn Server apear on dashboard to be configured after 24th? I already have the alpha API that i used to run turnserver on my on domain, but is UDP only. The new one that also has TCP is much better and i was planing to change.

Wme neither... for some reason only VP8 worked... but i will try again latter today removing all other codecs from the list. Maybe is just about the selection priority not be respected.
