After typing in the terminal:
ujust enroll-secure-boot-key

It says key is already enrolled, but I don't see the blue screen with the option to ENROLL MOK.

Any ideas?

Like 3200mhz is better than 2133, the non xmp, but I hate buying 3600mhz ram and then only being able to get 3200mhz out of it even tho the board should support 3466

Yes, rebooting takes me straight into the snapshots menu & UEFI settings (grub?), if I don't touch anything it boots into bazzite.
