Fresh install, keyboard/mouse not working (desktop-nvidia-latest)

Just did a fresh install, first time user. Install went fine, kb/m worked and then when rebooting into the install the kb/m LEDs are on until KDE loads and then they shut off and no kb/m input is recognized. Tried unplug/replug but it seems like the USB ports are disabled or something.

32gb DD5 Corsair RAM
Gigabyte AM5 Mobo
Zotac 4070
