My cpu and gpu are
Ryzen R5 7600
GTX 4070 Super

SOh and then
Timed out waiting for device dev-sda3.device

KThis is very likely your issue
KAnd that speaks to either Hardware or installation error
SI did try to reinstall after it wouldn't boot, but maybe the USB port is the issue.
MAre you installing to a USB drive / external or internal sata drive?
SIt's an external ssd
SI did a media check on the usb drive with the image and it failed. Is that something to worry about?
Hwe do not support running from external drives, it works for some and not for others (plus it adds a lot of extra points of failures)
KEspecially over USB
Halso some hardware in general has issues running OSes from external drives, like the lenovo legion go
SI'll partition my nvme and see how that goes
SSeems to be the same issue running from an nvme

KEven tho I use Kinoite I keep recommending Bazzite LMAO
SCould it be because I'm trying to dual boot?
KThe inch to rebase is increasing drastically in the past few days

SDoes Wayland not play well with dual monitors? I'm having no issues when I switch to X11, but one screen always appears frozen on Wayland
Kquite the opposite, X11 cannot function properly with more than one monitor if they have differing refresh rates
KWayland has no such issue, perfect support
Kbut you're nvidia so you are better off on X11 always at this time

Kit's supposed to be fixed on their end middle of next month
Kthat being said, multi monitor freezing isn't a known nvidia issue
