The game is fluctuating! Tearing! What's the problem?

Ripple cycle in PUBG Mobile. There was no such problem 4.5 days ago. The same goes for players who meet in random matches. They are going crazy with anger. Even on this channel we are reporting the same issue. What's the problem? Is optimization dead? There is tearing. I'm playing on an Android system based phone and via emulator.

The game lags a lot as the opponents approach us on foot and the vehicles get closer. The screen flickers. FPS fluctuation. There is tearing. The game is not fluid. Optimization is broken.
