It's an interesting topic. Short answer: "yes". Long answer: "It all depends on exactly how you want to share things and how much control you want over the way things are presented". The "page" style presentation reminds me a little bit of how the Quill Immersive Animations are often presented in the Quest TV App

So I looked up quill and it seemed to be shut down or at least un available for download. I discovered 2 entries done by Brendan Smalls that utilize tilt brush and unity to create a music video. If it's in unity, you can give all the power to the player. I did like spheretoon but no upload space and seemed like a dark room with black panels covering the outside of images but no real feel of movement without parallax code.

Quill (the creation app) is still available. But I meant the things people make with it. Check them out. I think you need to download this: https://www.oculus.com/experiences/app/2515021945210953/?utm_source=oculus&utm_medium=share Seriously - everyone should be checking this stuff out! It's so good. Anyway - the reason I mentioned the Quill/VR Animation Player stuff is because some of them have an interesting approach to storytelling that is halfway between static and animated - and is a kind of immersive analogue of traditional frames in a comic. I thought it would be a good starting point for the discussion.

I want to say I went through these links and they came up broken on my pc. I'll look again this afternoon. I was really thinking quill was the way to go until it didn't work for whatever reason. Like I said though, I'll look again this afternoon and hopefully it will be what I'm after.

The only link I posted was to the Store page for the app that lets you view Quill animations on a Quest. Install that, then launch it on the Quest. These animations were meant to merely be the starting point for a further discussion about what "VR comics" might potentially look like.

Yeah you can follow through your link to others for quill which was used to create what you see in the player. There are plenty of vr comic apps like sphere toon, just nowhere to upload to an audience that can easily access a series.

We seem to be still talking past each other. Let's go back to your original question:
Im looking for a place to create in vr for vr comics. is there a way i could share my creations in a gallery or page style to create this kind of medium?
So - there's two different parts to this: 1. A place to share stuff 2. Displaying stuff in a "gallery or page style" (and presumably in relation to " vr comics" I've been ignoring the first part because it pretty much depends what you mean by "vr comic" and "page style". That's the part I'd be interested in understanding better as I've got my own interpretation but I've got no idea if it matches what you mean. With the regard to the first part of your question - you can share stuff in a basic form on https://icosa.gallery/ , https://sketchfab.com/ and probably a few other places. But I'm not sure that really suits narrative stuff. So - in summary. Sharing is easy. Comics is harder - depending on what you mean.
