throttle_status, indep_throttle_status for RX 7900 XTX (Sapphire NITRO+ RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X) available from gpu_metrics almost always shows TEMP_HOTSPOT, even when idling.

RI think something is messed up in the thermals logic in the kernel driver. The card itself is fine but the driver tries to limit it
Mactually it seems to be locked 60 with raytracing as well

TYeah I was just double checking. It could be some nvidia/Wayland issues. The stutter I still experience is when GPU is 99% used and I click and hold middle mouse button. It's very specific.
TAlso if you're using vkbasalt or any extra anti aliasing effects, that also causes some stutter in my experience
