I am a player who has spent 6 years on Pubg Mobile. I have not received any ban until now. I have been working on this account for 6 years. I lost my account because of you. I have never used any cheats or add-ons. You do not ban the cheats, but you ban the non-cheats because they play well. My request to you is to remove this ban.

Better you start filling out that ban appeal. You’re request sounds like a hacker complaining, if you have been innocent your account only gets a temporary ban. Permanent bans are final.
