Unfairly banned
Hey! I banned for one week for teaming up with cheaters but when the cheater’s account played with me was another person with another device in account (without cheating). Now i spend 1 week bann time but I can’t play in ultimate royal mode and im streamer! My content is ultimate royal rank Push if you want you can check my twitch and Yt channel. Please help me! Thanks a lot.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

How did they deceive you? Can you describe the process in detail or share the chat logs? I’d like to collect these kinds of cases, organize them, and then warn others to stay vigilant.
