GI found a workaround, the issue is very specifically only when set to the primary monitor, so I just set the other monitor to primary, with some custom borderless window settings and it's good to go

Msunshine I used to stream my desktop when I was out of state. I was shockingly impressed with it and if it had clipboard support (it supposedly does) would probably deem it solid for remote work as well.
SYea, for streaming you definitely want to set up sunshine. Even moonlight has experimental HDR support now
