What sources of support are available?

As of I know there are the following:

ingame support (support.pubgmobile.com)
email to support@pubgmobile.com
r/pubgm_support subreddit
#questions (only user helping, no admins?)

Are these all sources that are available? If not what else can be used.
Also is there a better, more human understandable version of the tos? It feels like the moderates in here (no offence) do interpret it also as they think.

Contacting the customer service within the game is the best method. There are no other methods than the ones mentioned.
