Mgoverlay was removed from 3.0 I believe so would have to run goverlay in a distrobox

DWhat's the issue exactly? Fractional scaling works fine for me on KDE Wayland, and moving the cursor between XWayland (Discord) and Wayland apps works fine, cursor size is normal. My scaling is set to 180% and my X11 apps scaling is set to "apply scaling themselves".

KGNOME doesn't fractional scale xwayland apps properly and they end up blurry
