K@Kyle Gospo Okay there are apparently 2 versions in the fedora repo, the 0.9 works.
I mean I don't really need goverlay anymore, since the flatpak works on everything I tried, but I like to have goverlay just as configurator, because I'm not good at editing the config
And i don't know if the goverlay "enable global" setting did the trick that the flatpaks works on everything

Mgoing from Dota heroes to anime was the real downfall of steamos
