Khe's having a real hard time getting stuff merged into tuned, and PPD is now slightly ahead of it as a result

Mif that’s in game mode then try pinning the gpu frequency manually to something high on the slider in the performance ui of Steam
Mcertain emulators don’t seem to scale the gpu frequency properly sometimes.

Aor its going to miss it and have to wait for the next one, so you get 30hz
Aand you get a mix of both, which leads to 50hz
Amight be a cpu limit, as that is pushed a bit
