AI swapped in xwayland scaling patches on my end and no issues
AGranted I used a different copr
Kopened x11, resized signal and discord, closed, open wayland

Kmutter & mutter-common, did not touch settings but that's only resposible for exposing the configurable bits for this
ASettings daemon needs to be swapped out to allow for enabling the flag
Kyou can enable it with dconf, and I did
Kit's broken whether or not it's enabled
AThe settings daemon also has some other important bits
ALike it exposes part of the interface xwayland apps use to see the screen scale
