Legion Go :testing update - QAM resolved (thanks antheas), external monitor resolution issue persists. Automatic resolution setting doesn’t work properly, and when manually set to the native resolution you can’t properly choose FPS cap (also blanks out when leaving the menu). When my monitor is at 120hz, options to choose via slider are 17fps or 119fps. When at 144hz mode options to choose are undefined fps or 143.
Interesting, it seems the only way to do it with distrobox containers is to explicitly list the ones you want updated; ignored_containersignored_containers under [containers][containers] isn't taken into account.
Does it handle the home directory being its own partition? I have that currently, and would be interested in keeping my existing one and replacing the OS.
@Kyle Gospo https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/3567 here's the gnome issue request for the xwayland scaling stuff that I dropped a comment on. It looks like they checked some other ways to approach it but it looks like this is the method they're looking to approach so if you wanna drop any bug reports or the like this is where you can plonk em
fingers crossed this can be figured out and merged into GNOME stable sooner rather than later, and for the sake of bazzite that it can get into a more stable position where you're comfy with shipping it
