For a SD card with my emulation collection, where would I mount. Used kde partition manager to mount to /run/media/sdcard but now stuck in emergency mode, unable to access a keyboard currently so tryna get info before I get back home to try to fix. I formatted the SD to btrfs thinking that'd have better compatibility
Okay yeah it was but then emudeck wasn't reading and had to mark my own drive location. Once I get home I can hit enter and fix just emudeck making me go crazy. Appreciate the help!
Stick with AMD. You can enable FSR3 using LukeFZ's mod, I've seen reports of people playing DD2 using it even on handheld devices like the ROG Ally. Other popular games too have FSR mods, and there's even a universal mod you can try: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/738
Im about to pull my hair out, recently installed bazzite on my rog ally. Installed decky, tdp, and hdd. Everything worked initially, but I stupidly switched my controller to Xbox in hdd settings and now my rog buttons (armory crate and performance button, leds) don’t work
You don't need the root account enabled when installing Bazzite, you can still use sudo without it
If you want to stream Epic games have a look at Sunshrine (https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine) for your host box and install the moonlight client on your Bazzite box.
The experience would be similar, so it depends what you want to do. If you want to do android game emulation, have an easier experience with Lutris etc then it might be worth trying it. I think it's more stable than the Ally or the Legion.
The only things I have noticed are my frame limiter doesn't work properly, but that could be because I have Deck HD (the slider works now, the refresh rate changes, but no cap is enforced) and occasional audio crackling. Other than that it's been pretty smooth.
I don't know if it works on the stock screen as I don't have a unit to test on. But I will say that pstate finally works on LCD Decks as of the latest UEFI!
