it makes my geforce stutter a bit if bar is enabled, but it's marked at rebar enabled with just the 4G decoding, ah motherboards...

@Kyle Gospo looking into something atm regarding cursors for GTK4 apps under Plasma 6 but the default breeze cursor theme looks janky and kinda jagged when you move it over a libadwaita/gtk4 app but if you change the system cursor to the adwaita one it works normally. I think this is due to provided cursors or something and I remember seeing a repo somewhere that provided more scales for these which might fix this issue, will get back to you on that because if it works out it might be an easy fold into bazzite

it's probably related to how GTK looks for cursor themes and stuff
