Gfx Tool & FPS Config
Hello, I have a question. Is it legal to use gfx tool or config without any cheats just to increase our FPS? If it is not legal, what is the penalty? Please only officials answer.

if it modifies game files, it is not allowed. the penalty is up to the in-game team handling cheating, but can be up to and including getting banned.
