AI can't ssh to it either, is the issue firewalling?

Pthe question is what's putting the wifi chipset into a dirty state and hopefully it's not a problem with the bus itself

Pi've had a friend encounter similar issues dual booting but not on intel wifi
Pdual booting would be a good bet though

Pi hate to say it but the obvious solution to me would be to try boot windows one more time on the hardware so it can load the old driver, and then make sure it shuts down completely before booting back into linux
PThat'll require a reinstall, I can do that this weekend

Aalso, discord is blurry on both of my screens when its running as a flatpak; it didnt look like this when running as a .deb package when i had ubuntu running before. is there a fix for that or is it just like that?
Pi figure since the solution everybody touts is to physically remove the wifi card, it's been left in a dirty state somehow
PWell this gives me something to think about and try. I wonder if a simple disconnect of the battery would drain it enough to reset the state rather than a hardware removal
Pin my friend's case it would manifest that their PC would lose wifi/bt until they unplugged it from the wall for a little bit, but we ended up narrowing it down to a faulty connector because it stopped when she completely unplugged everything and rebuilt it lol
Ponly guess i have is either a poor connection on that or something else was throwing it off the bus and leaving it in a bad state when it came back to the driver
Pbut it could also become apparent booting between operating systems because
P- windows isn't guaranteed to actually power down completely
P- the drivers are not identical between operating systems
Pif you just hibernate/suspend windows and then hard reset to EFI for a linux install god knows what state the wireless chipset's left in by the driver
MOh, I had wifi problems on my laptop
Mlike it would get like 50kbps upload while having 100mbps download
