it seems you app is not configured properly. Firstly it might be that a localhost ip is not correct (especially if you don't have network bridging or host networking), try the machine's ip it is on instead. Secondly, being qbittorrent, I advise to disable CSRF in qbit's settings already as this is known to cause issue

Qbit will also lock you out for an hour if you input the wrong credentials too many times. You can restart qBit to clear the ban list. 90% of the time CONREFUSED is wrong credentials or CSRF. Double check you credentials in the JSON.
