Cache obscenely slow, even after purges and disabling smart topology

It's directly hooked up to S3 so we know it's not the origin being slow
assets.tangia.co that is cached with CF, and over the last 2 weeks it has started griding to a halt. <1MB images take 20s+ to load from gigabit connections, and we've purged the cache many times.It's directly hooked up to S3 so we know it's not the origin being slow
