Wrongfully banned , help

Am new to gameloop , for the first days i played normally but then lastly i tried played scrims on FaceIt app , after i closed the game and i came back an hour later am surprised to find out that i got banned for 10 years!!!!! all the hardwork and time not to mention my savings i spent on the account is gone for nothing , its frustrating , and whats more frustrating is PUBG not givin' me the exact reason of the ban , please i ask u to reconsider it . Thank you

Hello, @n4bVAMPLESS! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....
