secondary verification and unrecongized device

Hi, im have an issue where im unable to login into the game, as this isnt my first time as the first my account got hacked and theres nothing PUBGM was gonna do anything abt it. Waiting 7days and end up my account was filled with so much more items and switch to multiple users. Back to the topic above, is there anything or will there be any action done by PUBGM for my account as mentioned above, my device when haywire,(software issue) and im unable to turn on the device and the secondary verification was linked to my old number which i no longer use. How soon can PUBGM work on this? Now im waiting the 2nd time for submitting a claim which also take 7days. So is PUBGM doing something or just waiting around getting players to spend money on the game and do nothing when their account got stuck/jam due to theur security checks?

You may create a post through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, if you have already contacted in-game customer service.
