Why i cannot open secondary verification everytime i press on obtain it says too many action try again later !

If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:
1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
2. Please kindly check whether you have safelisted these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com"....

Use a vpn or try again after sm time and make sure ur password follows pubg instructions

If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:
1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
2. Please kindly check whether you have safelisted these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com".
3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
If the problem persists, please reach out to the customer service for further assistance regarding this. You can login with a different login method in the meantime.
