1. Try changing your network environment (4G, WiFi, etc.). 2. Contact your mobile carrier to see whether the message is being blocked, and if it is, request for it to be unblocked. 3. Uninstall any spam block apps on your device that could be blocking the message. 4. Ensure that your cell service is not currently interrupted by your carrier due to a lapse in payment. 5. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
