Ri installed and tried league and had a error code of 128
Rso i did a system reset and now it works

Rsupport ticket is probably your best bet i just reinstalled windows which ended up fixing mine but wont be doing it again if it breaks

.I first uninstalled Vanguard, then reinstalled it.
Then ran 2 commands in cmd as admin
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
and
bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF
restart the PC.
Then ran 2 commands in cmd as admin
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
and
bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF
restart the PC.
.However, when I tried to log in to Valorant I still got an Error Code, but I kept reinstalling Vanguard and was finally able to return to playing Valorant smoothly without any errors.
.Oh yeah one more, don't forget to activate the ‘Virtual Disk’ Service
