Ublue has a number of different fedora custom community created Atomic Images like Bazzite, Bluefin and Aurora.

universal blue tooling for fedora OCI images. bazzite is an image that uses the tooling and is conisdered an official image. there used to be a custom image template that grew into its own project called blue-build

bazzite is built off other universal blue images that are maintained by other ublue maintainers

it's why we don't consider bazzite a linux distribution in a traditional sense. it's fedora atomic in our case rn, kinoite (kde) and silverblue (gnome), with all of the 'bazzite' packages/services as a container that gets added to the fedora image

but i think blue-build uses yaml for the image and the one you linked is containerfile, which is what we use for bazzite
