Account claimed
Hey everyone, something very dumb and unbelivable has happended to me.
Apparently someone has claimed my 4 year account and PUBG let them have it.
Could anyone explain to me how that is even possible?
I have tried making another claim but since his was succesful I need to wait a whole 3 months. PUBG customer support hasn't given me any answer, I've tried facebook,email,reddit,instagram, almost everything.
I had everything linked to that account,email address,phone number,twitter/x, facebook and did not even receive a notification or something. I had a 3 year old connection with my lover and a couple other buddy and bff connections with other friends, I have proof of payments from 2020 on google,PayPal, seagm and midasbuy, I know most of the stuff I have on that account and the highest tier achieved.
Anyone else had to deal with this?
Did they get any help?

Hello, @Darius Pantea. Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
