Hacker Successfully Claimed to my Account
Hello PUBG MOBILE team,
As I'm playing since Season 2 and i never do such abnormal activities like (hacks etc)...
I created my Account Myself and purchased Everything (Royal Pass,UC) as i afford also i work hard on my Account Since Season 2.
I've every Single proof of My Account that the account Belongs to me As I'm a small content creator since 1-2 Years All my Videos are uploaded on (Tiktok and YouTube)
Meanwhile, I've Won T-Shirt from Wow Course and A certificate which clearify that Account is Mine,
Also I won "MECHA Contest Award" and My Payment Stucks as My Account Got Hacked.
My Midas-Buy is still Linked with my IN-GAME Account AND I've All The transaction History older and older.
Recently, Someone Claimed At my Account And it's Successful that wasn't me,
The Hacker Stole my Information and Claimed even this is impossible As i never give my Information and Account to others even i stop others to Share their Accounts as I'm an Investigation Officer in Security Center.
I don't know How The Hacker Exactly Claim the Appeal and PUBG MOBILE accepted it even My Device was only Trusted Device also i had all my links linked with secondary Verification...
Please PUBG MOBILE Team,This is My Hard Work of My Whole 6-7 Years, Please Recover My Account From That Hacker.
I don't have Any other Option Than Proofs as Everything I've belongs to my PUBG MOBILE Account, it's Been 3 days I'm suffering from high Fever due to this Incident.
Please Give me my Rights, I'll Provide every Single Proof which you will Ask...
