LIf I run a game in a vm i often get degraded (gpu) performance back on the Linux host
LIs there a way to reset the gpu somewhat so i get full performance back
LI didn't have this issue with the rx6600 i ran before
LI run a 6700xt now
LThe only solution I've found to this thus far is to reboot the system, which kinda defeats the purpose of running a gaming VM in the first place

Ha reboot might be the only workaround available unless you feel like patching vendor-reset to support your card and then make a copr and akmod package for it and integrate it in a custom image
