Recently, a report broke that AMD was not too keen on extending Windows 10 support to its newest Strix Point parts. The company has now officially confirmed that that is indeed the case.

A bit weird for them to drop support when the OS is still supported for well over a year, and W10 has pretty much the same drivers as W11, a bit unneccesary

Windows 10 had quite a good run if you look at it, 10+ years of mainline support since release (with security patches via extended support) and was a good OS overall although they shoved telemetry crap. Seeing how 11 is a regression in every sense, maybe they should've sticked with their initial idea of it being the final version of WIndows. Well in a way it was the final version after I ran W11 for a while xD

I know everyone guns mostly for the Apple UI look (Gnome, Chrome OS, W11), I'm just glad Linux has a crapload of DE options so we're not shoehorned into that paradigm

I would probably use the FIrefox container addon for separating those but I know Teams is stupid with FIrefox, almost missed a job interview as it insisted a chromium browser to work properly
