No support ticket made as its up now and didnt interrupt prod.
On the London region, during optimising my application if I find that the db latency is the next bottleneck there might be a possibility of moving off neon.tech. Might not happen but I'm looking where I can get the most time benefit so this might become an issue in the near future

RAG application, python backend, next.js frontend. llama_index as the main agentic framework
yeah will do this for now. Prefer to have everything in London though as everyone I'm serving atm is located here
